As the owner of AER strategy, I am adaptable, flexible and I have range – which is why my previous partners have referred to me as their Swiss Army knife. I enjoy working independently but also thrive when collaborating and immersing myself (quickly) into a new industry and identifying the business challenge and path to a solution. I’m comfortable with ambiguity so navigating problems with little to no direction is my sweet spot. I have a bias for action which means I work quickly (ahem efficiently) and operate with a strong focus on results.
